    I had a horrible experience at the service area at Hamilton Chevrolet. It appeared my front end sensor started going bad on my 2024 equinox lease car. Then my engine light came on. I contacted on star to do a diagnostic on the car and they didnt see anything wrong. I also called Hamilton and explained what was wrong and they thought it was a sensor as well and said a servicing tech would call me . But never did . I called my dealer to get a loaner car just in case they were going to keep the car. I took the car in the next day which was on a Wednesday 9/25. I got a call on Thursday 9/26 from the service tech ***** and he stated that critters chewed my wires and it wasnt cover under warranty and it would be $800. Also, that the wires were chewed by my transmission. I explained that I had no transmission problems, I park in a garage which doesnt have rodents and at work I park in a garage. However no one really cared what I had to say. I asked for pictures for proof and the picture I got, Im not really sure it its my car! Then I asked the dealer, ****** to send me pictures and she had an excuse on why she didnt have any. I feel they COMPLETELY too advantage of me. I paid for the car because I needed my car. I have been going to this dealership for over ****************************************** right. GUESS I WAS WRONG! I have always had a strong like for GM vehicles. I hope they enjoyed taking advantage of me cause I will never go back there again.
