Terrible, nonexistent customer service. I created an entire profile and was communicating with future exchangers when after a few days I was locked out of my account. I emailed several times for password recovery to no avail. After posting my negative experience on Trust Pilot, I finally got an email (20 days later) stating that I had violated their terms of agreement, with no explanation. I can't for the life of me figure out what they are accusing me of and I do not appreciate being falsely accused of wrongdoing. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have engaged in abuse or misuse, if you devised or intended to devise any strategy or deception to defraud, we reserve the right, without justification and without compensation, to cancel your account and all your future exchanges. For your information, by closing an account for violation of these Terms, HomeExchange does not waive its right to claim damages related to such violation. The closure of a Member's Account after a violation of such Terms will result in the termination of the Member's current subscription, if any, without any right to any refund, even partial.
