              Our bank account was hacked and we had a balance with Gorgons. We agreed to a payment plan and we are paying. However an account rep **** ***** has been showing up to our business while we are open. We would like this harassment to stop while we pay off the debt. we are formally asking him not to visit our restaurant in person and please keep all communications in writing from this point forward.

              I would prefer to give zero stars at this point! I made an online order at the Elkhart Indiana Gordon's store today. Confirmation said it would be available for pick up at 4pm today. My husband arrives at 410pm and they tell him the order hasn't been pulled yet. He waits. They bring only 3 of the 11 water bottles that I purchased online a couple hours ago in the order. My husband sees another lady taking the other bottles off the shelf and putting them in her cart. Had they pulled them by the time my order was suppose to be ready, I would have had 11 bottles. When I call to complain, the so called manager keeps telling me to stop yelling, when I'm definitely not yelling! Irritation in my voice, definitely, but i was not yelling! He proceeds to call me a bitch on the phone!! Great customer service!!
