I hate leaving this review because the cleaners do an amazing job - it's the lack of problem solving and customer service from a business administration standpoint. I was called the morning our service was scheduled and told they had to cancel because they had some staffing issues due to a couple of call-ins. No solution was offered, just silence after telling me we wouldn't receive service. I asked if they would be rescheduling and they said no because they don't have the time. I sent an email about the disappointment and mistakenly thought our credit card had already been charged and ultimately requested they either immediately reschedule or refund the money. Rather than discussing the mistake with me, or even offering a solution, I received a very unprofessional email:"Two of my cleaners were in a car accident this morning as they were travelling in the same *********** were charged $170.00 on 9/11 as a deposit to hold that first clean, and $208.99 on 10/7 to pay for the rest of the clean that was done on 10/4, for a total of $********** should have been charged $420.00+Tax to cover the 3 hours that the team spent cleaning, but I opted not to change your price.We are fully booked next week because our company is in such demand because we are so excellent at what we do, and I would have been willing to reschedule you if a cancellation occurred, as well as offer you a free cleaning of your refrigerator or oven when next we came.Alas, I have decided instead to cancel all further cleanings of your home.I suspect you will have difficulty finding a cleaner who will work for you on a long term basis, and perhaps you can discover the reason why with some introspection on your part.I wish you all the best in all your future endeavors."We feel for the people in the accident but that response was not warranted and we are happy they canceled our services. Other cleaners say they would have rescheduled us.
