I Bought my jeep from them and the second i got it i felt i was forced t get it as it was during covid. I wanted the jeep not the issue. the issue is first its a expensive jeep and the warranty on it is horrible of course the factory warranty's are up in a second. so regardless i took the jeep for a test drive and the check air intake system went off right away. and started going off. the sales rep was in the jeep with me so we had to ask how to shut it off. we pulled it in the shop they sort of looked at it and being there was no code on there was noting they could do. so they said if anything happens let us know. so i kept them updated that the code goes on and off but they cant diagnose it without the code on.. didn't offer to have it looked at again they stated if anything happens bring it in and we will take care of it as its been an issue since you bought the jeep. so finally something happened and it wont rise of course i call them and i get told it will coast me this this and this.. ok what happened to bring it in and we will take care of it because it was happening since i bought it. so now i have a 33k jeep that has a serious issue and they want to charge me all the funds they can when truly this jeep had issues when they sold it i should have backed out as soon as i saw all of that but they assured me no matter the time frame they would take care of it at no cost to me.. but of course now down the road it is a different story. so now i have to escalate this to the president Jonathan ******** to see if i can get his help. i highly doubt it because they don't seam to care about there clients.. if i was not so far upside down on this pos I would trade it in as soon as possible as its only going to cause me trouble and a crap load of money! I unfortunately will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone jeeps are truly not reliable. and park jeep never sticks to what they have stated verbally
