            Horrible customer service!Ordered a machine on 9/19 was told it could be shipped in 2 weeks. I have yet to see this machine but they were very speedy in taking my full payment for the machine. I have followed up several times weekly and its always a different excuse as to where my machine is and why its not complete. First it was the ****** they were waiting on, then it was the cross bars for the pistons, now its the bell housing meanwhile theyve also said several times that the machine was going to be in testing and shipping for weeks now. Its all very contradictory and the stories are not adding up! Meanwhile I am already losing out on $$$$ and this machine could have paid for itself this year. I do not recommend this company and I honestly dont know how they are still in business or rated A+ with the BBB! Definitely should be rated F for failure of a company!
