On July 17th, 2022 1st class moving ** packed my household for a move to *******. The first item was broken on that day. Was told to **ntact owner for replacement, no response from owner. My items were delivered to new AZ address 3 weeks later. While unloading the truck I found many items that were missing and several more damaged. Called owner and was told to **ntact claim ***** sent them (Anthem claim mgt) a list of missing items and pictures of damaged items. All together items were valued at approx $2500-$3000 and thats a guess. Many were antiques **llected over 30 yrs.. employees are the only ones handling my items so accusing them of theft and damage to property. Claim mgt ** is offering $126.00 for all items stolen. Totally unacceptable offer. Total of items stolen is over 30 but that is not itemized, too many to **unt. Can I expect any kind of response and/or acceptable resolution from your department?
