              ************************************************** handled a claim very unprofessional, they were hard to work with, wouldnt accept information I provided regarding another drivers claim on my insurance. They were eager to pay a claim without looking at all the ******************* which affects my premiums. They both spoke down to ******* son. They told me the amount of the claim paid was private information & not my business. Yet, I called my insurance ************ provided the information. There were images & additional facts that they wouldnt review & paid the other driver quickly & closed the case. This affects me directly. I felt like I was arguing with another insurance company & not mine. They represented themselves very poorly & treated ******* son terrible.

              *** investigates each and every claim and gathers as much factual information as possible.  Once completed, each claim is evaluated and liability is determined. If we feel our insured is liable for the loss and per MN State Statute, we are obligated to pay the claimant for agreed damages.

              We sent out an independent field adjuster to gather factual information and it was our assessment that our insured was at fault and liable.

              RAM feels we handled the claim correctly in accordance with policy coverage and MN State law.
