1.Order of Work:  The ******************* of Directors determined the order of how work was performed and Gittleman Construction, without exception, followed the Board's instructions.

2.  Communication:  Gittleman provided communications directly to the ******************************** who, in turn, sent out email blasts with pertinent project information to each resident.  In addition, Gittleman posted "What to Expect" notices at each residence in advance of performing work. Lastly, Gittleman employs a crew supervisor who is onsite the entire time any work is being performed.  Residents are notified in advance of work being performed of the name and cell phone number of the crew supervisor.  Residents are encouraged to call or text the crew supervisor or simply meet the supervisor in person onsite to discuss any concerns related to the project.

3. The President of the South Pond ******************** of Directors provided the following comments in response to the consumer review submitted to the BBB by De Pe:

"Good morning! I was really amazed at how efficiently & professional the Gittleman crew was during our complexs roofing project. Great care was given to covering & protecting our shrubs & air conditioners & inconveniences to us kept at a minimum. It was a huge undertaking that went very smoothly thanks to all involved."
