The lack of communication and empty promises and they never return voice mails or calls, emails are always days later for response with this company! Every employee heres favorite thing to say is I forgot not sure if you all lack office supplies or dont check emails but this may not be the job for you or everyone needs serious training. The app you all use needs improvement and the employer should know how to use it if its mandatory for employees to use. If we have questions you should be able to help without feeling like were burden or trying to belittle your employee. I work in customer ********************** FOR A HOSPITAL so empathy is a must especially when dealing with ones pay you all need to put yourselves in the shoes of your employees and get it together today is the second Wednesday and Im waiting on check still since two fridays ago, ********************* has absolutely no patience or respect or empathy and should probably retire right now and only speak truth, dont tell someone because your mail hasnt left yet that you will mail a check to them to receive the next day if you indeed dont know that is actually going to happen. All of the other employees are intimidated by her and instead of directly speaking to her about an issue they will direct you to email her or call yourself instead so she can talk to you like your stupid instead of them. This is absolutely no way to To run a business, especially in health care. Im extremely disappointed in the WHOLE team here. crazy im the first to review on this page, go check out ****** for the sake of your busniess' reputation. if i could i would not star this review at all.
