            Heavy pressure to work with them quickly before ending current job - which jeopardizes the benefit due to signature required on severance sign off. Once that date passed there was little contact with Right Management other than advice to review their website. Not a true resource and felt like it was more of a benefit for companies looking to say that they cared enough to offer outplacement services.
