            Went on the Smackin Sunflower Seed website I placed an order for $87. They charge me for my order but never shipped it. The post office told me they never received it. I contacted Smackin by email 3 times with no response. That is the only way to contact them. The post office also told me this is continuous with Smackin that Im not the only customer this has happened to and they believe them to be scammers. I am now out of $87.

            I have sent multiple emails regarding an issue that I wanted to resolve, but as of now, no one has contacted me to assist me. My first email was sent back on June 26th, and there were a couple of emails afterward with no response. The customer service has been very poor, and no one has reached out to resolve my issue. My account was charged and refunded; however, I wanted an explanation for why the ordered product never arrived at my house. Smackin ************* needs to have better customer service and respond promptly to complaints.
