Zero stars. Lost a customer. I just bought the house I grew up in. It was my grandmothers, then my moms. Built in ****. The original rented water softener is still in the house! Thats absurd. I was told the rental agreements are for 2 years, then month to month. In 38 years they were never offered an upgrade! Even when it was fixed once. Im disgusted. Its been paid for 20 times over. If not more. I suggested just closing the account and leaving the unit since its so obsolete, until I figure out what to do about a new softener. But they want it back so they can trash it. They offered to put my name on the account and give me an upgrade. Are you kidding me? Not getting a dime from me. Thats bordering on financial elder abuse from that company! The ** even told me the rental cost is for the use of soft water, not the softener itself. Ummmm the only way you get soft water is from the water softener. Well probably just buy our own. Or rent from a company that cares. My familys already given you tens of thousands for a *************************************** Scheduled to be removed from the house. What a joke. Except5 stars to ********* in the office! She was understating, helped me, and is actually nice.
