I bought a Groupon for a haircut, conditioning and partial highlights. The Salon is filthy with several different colors of hair all over and a garbage can that was spilling over. I had long hair that I showed her a picture of a haircut a little bit shorter and she cut off 7 inches in the back. I didnt realize it right away because my back was to the mirror. She continued to give me chin length hair and said she would like to hurry me because her other client was going to take hours. The wash and conditioning took her 10 seconds wash and 5 seconds conditioner. And when I complained she called me a *****. I would like to warn her Groupon customers that she will do a horrible job and call you names if you complain.

Im not even sure where to begin with this lady. First, I would like to say, if she keeps harassing me, I am going to make a police report. This has gotten way out of hand. Second, she did come during a very hectic time. I had a customer who came in and wanted something she didnt book for. I did her hair in the allotted time, but when done, she didnt like it and then told me she needed it perfect for her wedding in two days. I then had to contact all my clients after her to let them know I was going to be late because she wouldnt leave. Yes, I should have had her come back and realize that now but, I wanted her hair to be perfect for her wedding. So, I maneuvered my other 5 clients (1 rescheduled) while trying to get her hair perfect. Yes, my salon was in disarray because of all the color and foils I used on the client that was there. Yes, I told **** her hair was a breeze in comparison and that I would get her in and out before finishing my Other client because she would take way longer. **** did show me a picture and it WAS of shoulder length hair (I have the picture). **** is a customer who comes in *** once a year. She hasnt been anywhere since I seen a a year prior. Which, is fine, but naturally, your hair grows at least 6 inches in that time frame. So when she says I cut 7 inches, thats pretty accurate. She also failed to mention, she raved about the highlights I gave her and that she was also a repeat clients. Which means, she clearly has liked my work in the past. I specifically asked **** before I cut it would she be stylist it like that. Ive done hair long enough to know, she wont. I also asked her when done, if she liked it. She asked could I frame it more around the face. I did so, and now shes complaining its too short. Her exact words when leaving was its a little shorter than I wanted but itll grow. She could have told me right then she didnt like it and we could have went from there. I would have gladly offered her another haircut when it grew out some. Just like any job, we fall short sometimes. I was definitely frazzled due to my other client. All my other clients that day understood and were super nice that when I told them about *********************** to leave me bad reviews, they brought me flowers. BE KIND!
