    Ordered one of our bridesmaids the wrong dress. She did not realize this until she took it in to have it altered. They refused to take the dress back and get her the right one or give her money back. They told her she should have checked to make sure it was the right dress before she left the store and took no responsibility for their mistake. She then threw a fit in the store resulting in them calling me and saying they would no longer be getting us our tuxes for our wedding that is 30 days away. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

    We would like to provide more information to this review. August 11, 2021- The bride and bridesmaid were in and the bridesmaid that the review is referring to picked out style ***** by *************** and in the color of desert rose. November 1st, 2021, gown arrives at store. Gown is checked in according to her printed purchase agreement verified that everything is correct. Style number, size and color were checked, and all matched purchase agreement signed and dated on August 11th, 2021, by the customer. November 13th, 2021- Came in to pick up gown. Signed the following agreement:I hereby accept delivery of the merchandise listed above. I furthermore understand that my acceptance of these items indicates my agreement that these items have been delivered in good condition pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Contract that was signed when the order for these goods was originally submitted. I understand that this store does not allow exchanges or refunds on merchandise and all such sales are final when items are removed from store. If I am not the original purchaser I hereby affirm and represent that I am acting as agent, with prior authorization, for that person when I sign below:May 2nd, 2022- Customer called and claimed we gave/ordered her the wrong gown. We quickly pulled out the file and asked a few questions and determined that the gown she has in her possession is the gown that was on her invoice dated August 11, 2021. We also did ask why she hadn't looked or tried on the gown until May 2nd, 2022. She was told that someone would check into the situation on Wednesday May 4th, 2022, and a manager would call her to discuss. She proceeded to come into the store and use profane language at our employees, demanded a refund and wouldnt leave the store. It came to the point of potentially calling the local police department to get the situation under control. The groom of this wedding then called the store and yelled at an employee over the phone. The issue was going to be looked at, but they didnt like that answer and were demanding things that the employees at the store that day didnt have the authority to do.May 2nd at 4:48pm the groom wrote a ****** review: Highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. If my wedding wasnt so close, Id cancel the tuxes I have ordered and go somewhere else. If I could give 0 starts I would. The manager of the store called the groom that same evening and talked through things and explained that the gown that was ordered was the gown that she choose that day in August 2021. In the end and receiving the ****** review as a business we decided that being that way the customer and groom both acted we are choosing to refund their tuxedo deposit and forgo the relationship with this wedding party and not provide the tuxedos for their upcoming wedding. We felt this was the best option going forward.
