    They say they "don't negotiate" but that is really just BS for them to get as much money out of you as possible. I was looking at a used car and the first time I sat down with them I was asking they take $200 off the price. They said they "don't negotiate" so I walked away. I told them to call me if they didn’t sell it soon and they said they would call on Monday. Monday came and went without a call and so did Tuesday. Then I saw online that they had dropped the price of the car $350. THIS IS EVIDENCE THAT THERE WAS ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION! I tried to call Tuesday to book an appointment. No answer from the salesperson I had been working with or their sales department. I went in Wednesday and re-opened the conversation with them. I asked them to lower the price more but again got the same "we don't negotiate" line. I tried to instead ask for a couple free oil changes and they tried to sell me a three-year maintenance package instead. I turned it down. After all that I was hoping I could at least get a good price for my trade-in...NOPE! They demand prices ABOVE Kelly Blue Book value for their vehicles but won't give top dollar for trades. Thankfully I had a backup offer for my trade otherwise I would have walked away again. We then discussed add-ons. When I turned down an extended warranty package, they asked if I would reconsider buying it if they could get the price lowered...THATS NEGOTIATION! I told them I wouldn't reconsider but they still came back with a cheaper price. So they ARE willing to negotiate, but ONLY on items that THEY MAKE MONEY ON. Finally, I always like to drive off the lot with a car that is washed and has a full tank of gas. They did wash the car but when I asked them if it had a full tank of gas their exact words were "The minimum I'm required to give you is only 1/4 of a tank so I didn't bother putting any gas in.". That really pissed me off because they basically admitted that they won't do anything but the BARE MINIMUM for their customers.
