Right before the meeting started the mediator asked my attorney what they got paid & thats what they were charging so instead of $500 it was $1,000 & the $1,000 for my attorney as well. They are not an attorney at that time so This should have been explained way ahead of time. ******************* was the main mediator in our SENE and is to be fair & impartial & experience prior to give what a judge might agree with for custody labels & parental time, ***** listen for 30 mins to me on me being the primary care giver of my 3 boys ages 11 yr, twin 10 yr olds , youngest has autism moderate/ severe/ I a had my Protective order ( my husband was removed from our home on 9/28/2021- the sheriff had to drive him to his friends as he was past the legal limit) concerns on his closet drinking which is a big reason for the Protective order & divorce - years of verbal abuse & last threatening to beat me to death w:/ hand weights in his hand w/ my boys right near by. My son Caden 9 yrs, ( he also was yelling many times hes had day at Caden ) pushed my husband husband away from me twice telling him to stop being mean to my mom, this I believe saved my life. How I love being there mom & taking care of everything they need. ***** said we didnt have time for all of that . She made it clear that she didnt care for me & was telling me how I believe she thought it should be not what the judge would agree too. She also said I was coming off bitter & didnt come off well at all. This has nothing to do with what she That was to do. Unless my husband is beating the boys he should be given all the time possible as he is there dad. And that overnights should be happening and that was just wrong. Reason I have stated prior w/ my concerns which were dismissed. Going to my parents was not important at all. Beyond & making it personal not professional. How this is done should be monitored. Women will go back to abuse & are being ignored.
