            Back splash was installed. It was not the backsplash I had ordered. The Hammernicks' employee agreed it was not the back splash I had ordered. I have been waiting for almost five months to have the backsplash removed and the correct tiles installed. I was offered $1000 and declined stating I wanted the backsplash we had originally agreed upon to be installed. They are now not returning my phone calls to them.

            We recently made purchases of luxury vinyl and carpet flooring through Hamernick's new Hudson, WI store. We knew of Hamernick's as a quality retailer with a fine reputation over many years in the Twin City area. Staff were both friendly and knowledgeable from order placement thru installs. When we ran into an issue with one of the installs, Hamernick's stood behind their promise to make it right. Special mention of Kyle is due for his help with this. We love our new floors. We are pleased to recommend them if you have new flooring needs.
