This company leased me a 2013 Dodge journey. The very next day the car wouldn't start. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. I called back to inform them that I haven't even had this vehicle for 24 hours and it's not starting. I took it back they said that it was just the battery. When they put the other battery in they told me they don't put new batteries in the cars. I turned the car back on and now he heat and the radio doesn't work. They said that they had to order the part for it. Then there was engine problems. They told me to contact a guy that fixes there car named *****. I called him said that they would tow the car to the shop and fix it. When I retrieved my vehicle I noticed it had been damaged I called spoke with ***** said that he would fix it neve did! Then I noticed hesitation in the vehicle when driving it was worst driving up hills you could hear grinding and feel vibrating. I called Cities and they said bring it in. I did they said nothing was wrong. I only drive to work docs office grocery store and home. I received this vehicle with 90 something thousand miles on it and it only has 11,1671 on it. Took the vehicle to trade it in and the transmission is almost gone in it. I feel like I was sold a lemon and I would like my money back.
