We had a plastic snake break off in our tub pipe and called Ultimate Drain about the problem. They knew the issue and sent ************ out to fix it.**** said our set up was terrible and gave us a discount because he felt bad. He took out the entire drain to dislodge it and got it putbut used plumbers putty to put the drain back in. Putty was just slapped on and everywhere. 3 weeks later (within the 30 day guarantee), I drained the bathtub and we had water coming through to the bathroom below. Surprise - the putty didnt hold and was now leaking. We called and left a voicemail (24/7 servicenope, no answer or call back). My husband called again the next day and the dispatcher sounded surprised at what we had done and said shed have to ask **** some questions before they could come fix it. Next my husband spoke to ******** (hours later when no one called back and my husband had to call them AGAIN. ******** said they could send someone out to put more putty down, or could recommend some area plumbers. When asked if they would take care of the plumbing costs since they caused it, he said no. Another company is now here fixing their mess-up for over $500. On top of what we paid Ultimate Drain to basically break our system more.
