I have been this Lincoln dealership for my vehicle oil change since 2007, they used to had a benefit with 4 oil changes then the 5th oil change will be free. I had enjoyed this benefit before and that’s why I alway stay here for my vehicle oil change. Last year when I finished my another 4th oil change they told me next oil change will be free, But Today when I show them I have done 4 oil changes and like to get the free service, they told me their business name had been changed and will not honor this old business benefit anymore, I do see the person I familiar is gone. I don’t care what business name you use, I also don’t care who service me, I only know this is the Lincoln dealership service I had used for 17 years and they just have broken the promise and taken away the 17 years trust from me. The fee is very small, less than $100, but I just feel I can’t trust them anymore. My customer # is 922749 and I will continue to complain to upper level. By the way, I scheduled today’s service because I got Lincoln mail that my 18 navigator recall for rear camera have parts ready and I can go to any Lincoln dealer for free repair, but when I had been there, they told me they don’t have parts.
