    Our two dogs have been patients since Spring of 2018. Initially, we received good service. Then the hospital has grown bigger, and the last couple of years, it has been quite evident that we were just a number, not the personal care we had received prior. This June, our Great Dane tore his ACL. We were told that he required surgery, I asked for an estimate of this procedure.They told me it would take some time for them to get a total estimate, and they will get it to us asap. Until then gave us pain meds for our dog. They called me on July 1st asking me how I would like to receive the estimate for this procedure, and I told them to email it to me. The estimate stating it was $4,926.72. It also stated that this was an estimate, and it did not include any treatments that *** be deemed necessary. So we assumed this meant if something went wrong during surgery. So my husband and I talked about it, and agreed we would have to move on with the surgery. I called and made an appt for July 19. Soon after they told me, now prior to surgery, I would have to bring him in for pre-op which included blood work. I said I am assuming that was in the estimate. She said it was not. I asked why? We asked for an estimate for this procedure? I said are there any additional costs? I was told yes, there would be post-op expenses too included x-rays. She was extremely arrogant in telling me this. I raised my voice asking her why is this not in the estimate. She said that was not their procedure.I asked to speak to a manager, the manager raised her voice at me, when I told her I was not happy with that fact they were talking about an additional $1000 worth of expenses, not in the estimate. She told me, that it stated on the estimate it didnt include expenses deemed necessary. I told them I would be asking for my dogs records. New vet asked and received received records.After they sent vet records, I received letter stating they were unable to retain me as a client. Please, I fired you!
