      I ordered a pair of scrubs and received a message that fedex delivered my item last Friday on 5/6/22 which I have never received. I call the customer service center and they said wait until the next Monday. I waited till Tuesday and still didn’t received my scrubs. I called them again then they said wait for few more days for them to investigated. I have never received a response. I called them again to get a refund but all they said was they had to escalate this issue. I’m on hold with the customer service, ***** right now waiting for one hour to get his “supervisor” to respond to him. Today is 5/13/22 and I’m really disappointed at scrubsandbeyond and I will never use this site and tell everyone I know that this business is not reliable at all at least at my stand point.

      The customer service team worked with the customer, they originally reshipped the items to the customer in error.  The customer spoke to a manager and she refunded the items and let the customer know she could keep the items when she receives them.  The original order is also set to be delivered this week, so the customer is going to receive to order for free.  I left a message for the customer to discuss but have not received a call back.

      I had purchased a pair of scrubs online and was sent the wrong pair, after speaking with customer service I was refunded the amount to the gift card I had used to purchase the item. I had reached out stating that I did not have the gift card and if I could get the refund in merchandise credit. I was told it has to be back to the payment method used, which I understood; however I did not have the gift card anymore as it was used and the balance was 0.00. Most everyone then disposes of a zero balance gift card. As I had done. So now going back and forth via email with several different agents, and being told my email would be sent to another department. They told me to contact the gift card holder, well that is not a problem, but I needed the credit/gift card number I used - as this is no longer in my possession. Well they couldn't even provide me with the card number so I could contact the gift card company. Now this has been going on since Nov. 2021, and I have sent several emails and get replies once a month or so, and sometimes even get a reply and I immediately reply and then no answer. It has now been over 3 weeks since I got a reply and I keep emailing asking for a phone number, or case number to speak with someone and nobody wants to email me back now. I am beyond frustrated as I just want the money returned to me. It is ridiculous as a health care worker to be treated like this from a company I have used for over 10 years. I will definitely not be using this company or recommended anyone in the hospital to purchase from them in the future, as their customer service is beyond frustrating. Nobody seems to care!

      I purchased 3 sets of hunter green scrubs for my new job. Once they arrived they smelled terrible of a factory so I removed the tags to wash them. After they were clean, I realized the tops were bigger than I recall in that size. I unfortunately lost my job and no longer needed they green scrubs but wanted to exchange them for another color. I followed their procedure but was DENIED the exchange or refund due to the tags being removed (but still with the product) and "the scrubs have been washed". $250 down the drain. They are brand new and I have no use for them. I'd like my money back or exchanged for a standard color

      I am contacting you regarding you recent Better Business Bureau complaint about the return/exchange you were trying to complete.  When looking into your complaint, you stated that you washed your items and that is why our warehouse returned the items to you as out policy as stated on the website.

      RETURNS
      If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any unembroidered items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online.
      Also under FAQs,

      Are there any items that I cannot return? We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.


      The reason for this is that once the items are washed, they are not resaleable. 

      With this information, I will make a onetime courteous exception of our policy and send you a return label to have the items returned to me at the corporate office on your order. Can you please let me know were you trying to exchange all the items or just 1 of each top and pant and then a refund for the other items.?

      After a phone call and 3 emails to Scrubs and Beyond I still have not received a refund for the extra I paid for my items to arrive in 2 days. It took 17 days for me to get my scrubs and if I wouldn’t have called or emailed them I would have been left in the dark about the delay in shipping of my items. They need to refund me for a service I never received.

      I have left a message for the ******* ******* about the complaint, I agree she should be refunded for the shipping on her order, even though it was out of our control on the delay.  It was caused due to weather that caused the warehouse to be closed and FedEx not to be able to run in that area but we were still not able to meet the expectation of the timeframe she paid for when she placed the order and that is why I agree to refund the shipping.  The refund amount is $24.95 plus taxes, coming to a total of $26.63.

      I bought scrubs jackets and they did not fit well so I returned them. I did not get a full refund despite me returning them within the 60 day refund policy period

      Emailed the customer the below information about order.

       

      Hello ****,

      I received your Better Business Bureau complaint about not receiving the full return on the scrubs jackets that you returned.  In reviewing your ordering I’m showing you did receive the correct return amount for the jackets. 

      The original amount that you paid 73.90 included a shipping charge of 7.95 plus tax which was 0.54 for your state, when you make a return that amount is not refunded, only the amount for the product you return is refunded.

      The breakdown for your order was for 20310HUNTERS was 26.89 & 20310TEALBS was 38.42 for a total of 65.31.  Then you printed out a return label from our site that has an 8.95 charge that will come off the return and brought your return to 56.36, which was the amount you were refunded.
