Management and cooperate covers up things. When you call cooperate they dont talk to you they call the manager and tell her/him what you said. They dont try to see whats going on or even concerned about your calling. As long as they get that rent money thats all that matters. My issue is this I hope somebody in cooperate sees this message ********* camellia senior apartment SC are the worst. When I first moved there it was great I was one of the first 3 people that moved in when the place opened. The ammonites were porch screen in, gym, computer **************** center. It was good until the manager said we could only sit out on the porch when she was there Mon, ********* From 8-5 thats if she comes those days. We arent kids! Then we cant use the community center for anything unless the hold building is having something. And thats Christmas, ******************************** We cant even grill out. People are moving out as fast as they can find something else. They had 4 people move out in almost 2 month. Then she tells cooperate that I turned my keys in late and I didnt because she wasnt there for me to do the walk through. I came there 4 times that day. I called her and left 3 messages , I texted her and sent her an email and she didnt even reply back. Then she said my apartment wasnt clean and it was cleaned completely by me and I have a proof to show it was cleaned. Shes holding my security deposit and I had to pay her for 1 full month of rent and I didnt even live in the apartment. I moved out in April 28th. I had to pay for the whole month of May so she would give me my security deposit back and not put it on my credit report and she told me that she wouldnt charge me a break lease fee. Im waiting on that now. But she lied on everything and she didnt tell cooperate this! Some people dont need to be in management position especially when they can get away with being crooked. I lived there for 3 yrs. Im so glad Im out of there.
