            I went in for an oil change and was charged for a tire rotation as well after I specifically requested them not to do a tire rotation on my vehicle. They refused to refund me for the tire rotation and I feel like they are being sneaky and not properly explaining to consumers what&#**;s included. They should give consumers the option of receiving this service instead of automatically including it in the service.

            First time in 10years that we have been a Customer with 2 owned vehicles that are always serviced with them, that were treated VERY POORLY. We always schedule our appointments for service in advance a week or two in advance. We scheduled BOTH vehicles back to back, but at least that is how they did it. we dropped off our truck and 24 hours later, we go to pick it up and drop off the other vehicle. BUT ONLY TO FIND OUT , THEY DID NOT TOUCH THE FIRST VEHICLE. NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE to either one of the owners and YES phone #'s are on file. *************************** double checked with me making sure we had CORRECT phone numbers on file with them. It is not the CUSTOMER'S fault if over booking occurs. We only needed an OIL CHANGE. a phone call would have satisfied us completely. No compensation was offered. Actually nothing was.
