We had to give at least one star in order to leave a review but in all honesty this company deserves a -1 star we signed a bid in April for a two room addition to our home. We were supposed to start the project in late August early September but never heard anything throughout the month of August and first two weeks of September so we contacted them and he said his concrete guy got backed up and he would have him out the following week to start. Again no one showed up, no phone calls, no contact. We continued to call to find out when the job would start and he then stated that the price has gone up because the price of lumber went up when in reality the price of lumber is down. He said he would have a new bid sent over reflecting the new price by the following Monday. Three weeks later we never heard anything back from them. When I contacted him and said he has made it clear by lack of communication that he no longer wants the $70,000 job and because of his no contact we would be leaving a review that reflected that. His reply was so what I need to do. Not his problem he lied and said he sent a new bid over a month ago. When I said instead of being rude and dishonest he could have just apologized for dropping the ball. His reply was he looks forward to answering to the BBB. Unreliable, in dependable, and unprofessional!!! Dont waste your time on this guy. Apparently not capable of taking on bigger projects and has absolutely no customer service!
