I need the BBB to deal on a matter. Some time ago I wrote ******************* of one of the branch banks of First State Community Bank concerning the way the band chain handles by phone identification a bank's customer, The way the bank chain are going about identification is insulting. They have it set up more like a *** investigation. I want it set ** in a simple way that is an improvement over their current way of doing the identification, I was never able to get a response from *******************. I also wrote to the president of the bank chain on this matter and was not able to get a response. It really isn't that difficult to work out a different procedure for bank identification. But the bank chain won't do so.

At FSCB our customer's privacy and security is very important, therefore when a customer calls into our ******************** or automated telephone banking, they are required to answer a series of security questions. Unfortunately, we are not able to eliminate that process. FSCB offers a variety of channels for customers to access their accounts, both virtually and in person. With fraud on the rise, the safety and security of our customers is of the utmost importance.
