            We contacted this company to have treatment for our lawn from an expert in ******* grass. We had one treatment and the technician they sent didnt know anything about Bermuda grass. We paid for this treatment. We were then billed for soil samples. We did not request this and did not receive this. We said we should not have been billed for this and didnt receive these results. Two weeks later they sent soil sample results via email and continued to bill us. They then notified us late charges would be added and they had incurred cost for samples so we needed to pay. We paid to keep our credit record clean but notified them we didnt owe this and would be reporting them to BBB.

            Hello Dear Lawn Enthusiasts My worst experience with Lawn Doctor Service Never ever trust and Hire Lawn Doctor for your lawn , Whether its Aeration, Over seeding and Regular Maintenance , First of all over promise to believe and results are zero , secondly its big rip off with zero results. I spend over $1000.00 for aeration , Over seeding and couple lawn maintenance visits but results are very disappointing and at the end frustrating experience. The smaller firms should have been done a good Job eith excellent results with in $450 - $550.00 range. Never believe and Trudt what they say , Please pass this information to your family and Friends

            Mr. ******* had no complaints about his lawn while we were actively servicing his lawn in early 2023.  Service ended when he did not pay his bill as promised for over half a year, and was requesting additional service up to that time.  His dissatisfaction was only voiced 361 days after our final service, when he was turned over for collection and had been contacted for payment. Mr  ******* filed suit against us for poor service and claimed the selling his personal information.  As it was that his case failed and we prevailed though evidence, Mr. ******* seems to be expressing his unjustified anger as sour grapes through the BBB. It should also be stated that our counter claim for payment was accepted by the court  and Mr. ******* has finally made payment.
