Lied about refund. I called to book a spot, in April. He quoted $425 per month, if I paid the electric, or $625, if he paid the electric. I said that I would pay my own electric and agreed on $425 and gave him my credit card number, for one month.The next day, I noticed that he had charged $638 on my credit card. I called and told him that I didn't agree on that amount. He changed his story saying that the $425 was only for long term residents and only after a term of paying the $620 monthly. I told him that I did not want to rent from him. He offered a refund for the full amount. A week later I still did not have a refund posted and called him. He said that I had cancelled on a Friday afternoon and the credit would post to my account within 10 days. After not getting a refund within two weeks, I contacted Mastercard and filed a dispute. Two months later,he sent Mastercard a threatening reply, stating that he never gave refunds and that I had agreed to his terms, when I gave him my credit card number. The only terms that he stated were that he DID give refunds. He lied on his response to Mastercard and stated that I had agreed to his no refund policy.

Refund of $638 for defraud of terms and services.
