June 12-13 2023, I was charged a 50.00 refundable deposit first night Say I was refunded my deposit back. I checked out the next around and went the 2nd out and they were freezing in my refund diagram because they said. Thank you for notifying our office of the concern filed by ****** ******* at the Days Inn by Wyndham property in Independence, MO. To assist in reaching a resolution, I’ve informed the property’s general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before June 17, 2023. As a company, we’re committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.
