      Helzburg Diamonds is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with.. It began with charging 50% over market for a pair of used Rolex's, certified by their 3rd party partner. The paperwork was not truthful and there were several discrepancies in the certification. Second, we took advantage of their promotional finance offer, but never received any statements of notifications of expiry. I suppose it is in the fine print, but I would consider and do consider Helzberg Diamonds on the same level as a payday loan shark. 30 days post expiry, the company slapped a 40+% interest charge on my account, demanding an extra $4,000.00 on the purchase. Highly advise against ever buying anything from this company - they are unethical at the individual store level as well as the corporate level. Customer service was boasting of their successful ploy to dupe a customer out of so much money. It was shameful behavior and honestly, I'm embarrassed for them and anyone associated with them.

      We're extremely sorry to hear about Blake's dissatisfaction with their Rolex purchase and would love the opportunity to address & discuss any concerns they have.

      All of our Rolex watches are certified pre-owned time pieces. Our store locations that sell our Rolex time pieces display signage in their cases that state these are certified pre-owned & that we are not an authorized retailer. Each of these time pieces go through a strict certification process & are accompanied by a certificate that provides details of that time piece.

      We would like the opportunity to further understand the concern regarding the paperwork and exactly where the concern is with what was provided. 

      Regarding the interest on an account, Helzberg does not have access to a customer's credit account history and would recommend contacting the bank to review the credit plan details & transaction history for that account.

      Horrible Customer service. email. I want my ring back please... You guys received by ring on August 30. My husband bought me this beautiful wedding ring from you guys when we got married , i've had it for 15 years. I'm so in love with it. I sent it in to have repairs done because the prawns were wearing out. The local store by me closed down so now I have to send it all my repairs. My husband was smart and did get the lifetime warranty on the ring. Ever since August, I've had to call at least 2 to 3 times a week to check on my ring. From the beginning I told to Colton (first call)that I needed my ring back by October sixteenth because I was leaving for vacation and I really wanted to wear it. Every time I call there , I get a different update that it'll take up to ten week, one representative actually told me that I'd be lucky to have it back by Christmas. Anyway each time i've called i have been lied to each call.No emails that were promised, no phone calls that were promised or updating me on the status of my ring. Finally this week.I reached out to a supervisor Audrey.She promised to call me back Friday with an update. Well, she finally called me back Sunday and reassured me that the jeweler, who was doing their repair on my ring, said that I would have it back on Wednesday October 16th I would have it in hand I'm still waiting for my tracking information that I was promised and it is October 15th I am so furious, I have called so many times with results. I have nore questions rhan answers. I just want my ring back. I've asked for my ring without the repair. I still haven't received my ring. I'm about, I don't know an hour away from contacting my attorney. Please help me out somebody there.Can I just get my wedding ring back? I don't care if it's fixed or not.I regret ever having my husband buying my wedding ring from there.This is the worst experience I have ever had. Oh I call today to get my tracking number for my ring which no one has NO INFORMATION ON

      This has been the absolute worst customer care experience that I have ever experienced. Lauren Newton said she would refund my $346.39 to me when I reordered some Dimond studs I was buying for my wife's 73 birthday. I tried to make contact Helzberg email she gave me and it keeps coming back as invalid email. Long story short. I had my Daughter in Granbury TX. Fill the order out and I gave her my American Express info. After it was paid for I was informed that she could not pick it up for me because she didn't put her on the pick up page. I live 6 hrs away from there, Lauren Newton said I had to order again and she would refund the first $346.39 NO REUND AS OF THIS DAY !!

      I made an online order with Helzberg Diamonds to send my son a gift. I received an email the following day that my order was canceled. When I contacted them about why it was canceled, they stated that it was canceled due to shipping details. They asked me how I was associated with the address. I responded that the address is where my son lives and I was shipping him a gift. I am also on the lease at the apartment where he lives since he was still in college when it was rented so I am completely associated with the address. They asked if I had ever shipped to that address before. That's an odd question since this was my first time purchasing through them online. I ship to him via Amazon all the time and have never had a problem or been questioned. At first, it appeared that it would be fixed and the order would ship, but then I received an email that said - "Our internal team advised that we could not verify your details and it would be best for you to visit your local store to reorder." I then asked - what can't be verified? I also stated that they canceled my order without any information, conversation, or confirmation. This was the response - "That team does not reach out to verify the details before canceling the orders. If it does match what they have on file, it will be canceled. The notes provided only stated that the information could not be verified to the shipping address." I have no idea what they have "on file" since I have never purchased through them online. This seems like a very strange way of doing business - all through email and nothing via phone. I understand all of the scams out there, but call and talk to us. Ask for information if there is something that seems strange, but don't send me to your store that's 30 minutes away after a hurricane with no electricity at the mall to reorder in person. It's sad because my son really wanted the watch and bracelet combo. This was his graduation gift.

      Worst experience I've ever had in retail.... bought a 22' 14k figaro becasue i have a helzburg acct. The chain will draw to a magnet..... what they don't tell you is that the hollow chain has a steel wire running through it... makes the value of the gold plummet... 10 grams hollow 14k for $1,400 ... straight thieves.... crooks etc.... P.s if you've bought this chain grab a magnet and see for your self....

      When a metal is 100% pure, like 24K gold, it is too soft and malleable to create long-lasting jewelry. Because it's so soft, it must be alloyed with other metals to give it strength. This is why the magnetic test is not recognized industry wide & is not a good indicator to confirm if a piece is considered gold. if you have a 14 Karat gold piece, that means, it is made up of 14 parts gold, 10 parts other metals by weight (58.3% pure). Those pieces contain other alloys & is not 100 pure gold, which would be considered 24 Karat gold.       Absolutely horrible. I purchased a ring for my wife for Valentines Day. She wore it twice out for dinner. One of the gems fell out and was lost. Helzberg wants $150 dollars to replace it. They will not honor the 90 warranty. What a rip off. Never again will I spend hard earned money there. Very disappointed!

      My husband and I are frequent customers of Helzberg. We have purchased all of our jewelry from Helzberg. I have to say, I was truly shocked with the lack of customer service I received from a representative yesterday at the Ingram Park Mall location. To be treated as such with the purchase record we have from Helzberg was truly disappointing. Multiple watches, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc. I know for me as a business owner in San Antonio, my returning customers are what keeps my business thriving, along with treating new customers with the utmost respect and feeling like my business is the place for them. Helzberg you may want to retrain your employees to make sure before they decide to have a non-welcoming attitude to a customer, they should at least look up their purchase history. Not only was I there to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected, but I was looking to purchase another bracelet, that did not happen after the way I was treated. I am sure you can see the representative that waited on me by her inputting my inspection of jewelry. I on several occasions stated that I was having difficulty taking my earrings off and afraid I wouldn't put them on correctly, the representative did not attempt to help me once, even after I told her other representatives have helped me in the past. The representative handed me two plastic bags to put my jewelry in. I couldn't even walk out of the store with all my jewelry on. I did attempt to put my hoop diamond earrings on. As I was walking out, I spoke with the manager and told her I was disappointed in the service I received and the lack of help. She apologized and stated to me that if I asked, they would help, I informed her I did inform the representative I was having difficulties and when I informed her others have helped (thank you Angie, Jessica and Elias) the manager herself did not take the initiative to help me. Needless to say, I walked out and lost my earring! No longer a happy customer!!!!

      My husband got me a ring from here in 2020 here it is 2024 and it's still has a super high balance. I've seen similar rings on the online that were way cheaper. The in store sells people totally took advantage of him. Not to mention the diamond fell out. I called and the are telling me to find my own box to send it back in I never even received the label to ship it and it's been months. Im very upset about being locked in a payment plan which is looking like it's going to be ten years before it's payed off. The interest just keeps going up. Please do not purchase from here the interest will have you paying for the rest of your life.

      0 stars would be the appropriate amount this business deserves. I've been a loyal customer to this business for multiple years. I recently paid off my card in full and the company decided to send me about half of my payment back... 4 months later. I've talked to two different representatives and no one can tell me why this happened. On top of this, I never even received this supposed money back to my account to resolve this issue. I've never had a late fee on my credit report and now I have one thanks to Helzberg and disputing this issue. My husband and I are in the early stages of home buying and this has royally messed that process up. On top of all of this, they expect me to pay the late fee and the interest. Clearly this business has lost their mind. I'll be calling once a day until resolved and if not resolved by the end of the week I will be getting a lawyer to sue this business for as much as I can.
