      My damaged vehicle was towed on 5/26/23 to Speedie Way after an accident. This shop had my car for almost four months and was corresponding with my insurance company directly. For months, I was given the run around about the pick up/completion date. When I did pick up the car on 9/15/23, the repairs were subpar and it was obvious that they did not repair the car properly/professionally. During the test drive the front end was vibrating/shaking badly. The car had a full tank of gas when it was left in their care and when I picked the car up it had an empty gas tank. When I asked the shop for an invoice of all the work (labor and parts) that was completed they refused and screamed at me to, **** them because they will never give me an invoice!" This shop was paid $7,001.89 by my insurance company and I paid this shop $500.00 for my deductible. Since picking up the car, the car does not drive properly and they refuse to fix the problems since they already received their money. I took it to another shop to see what work was completed. The mechanic told me that Speedie Way did not do a professional job. The fender and bumper were after market parts and majority of parts that were put back on the car were used. At this point, I'm unable to drive the car because of the whole front end is vibrating while driving. Speedie Way is an unethical and unprofessional shop, who was paid a large amount of money to complete the repairs. When I tried to contact them to resolve the matter they became very hostile and threatening. Any legitimate business should not have a problem with providing a detailed invoice of the completed work to their customer
