      ************************ is Horrible.I'm very disappointed with this Company. I had a service tech at my home again (5th tech) (from 11/01/2024 through 11/14/2024) and he said Nortek consumer care team never responded back to him about my problem, then I had a friend of mine who is a HAVC guy that lives in another state and ask him to contact the ************* tech team.I talked to him this morning and he said their techs still didn't get back to him either. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.I asked the support team if missing the o****** would cause the unit to overheat and trip the Vent Safety switch and this is what they sent me. "According to Tech Support, that is unlikely the root cause. A technician really needs to call Technical Support or their distributor for assistance. Because Technical Support troubleshoots with technicians on the phone, there could be extended hold times."I had to go to ******************************************************************************* to get the true answer for my problem. I ended up fixing my furnace problem myself with no thanks to Nortek companies Tech support.I was able to order a new ************* w/ Orifice's from Supply house that cost me $210.20 in order to get the ******* I needed.I've spent nearly $1,000 between service calls and parts already and waiting on 2 more invoices from other companies that tried to repair my furnace.I wouldn't recommend buying any equipment from this company due to their Tech Support .**** ******

      I would like to apologize for the issues you have had with your furnace. I am showing that your unit M3A070201967, was manufactured in February of 2007. As the manufacturer we do not repair units in the field. The servicer is responsible for diagnosing the issue and repairing the problem. If the servicer (s) that were at your home could not identify the issue with your unit, Nortek does offer, as a free service, our technical support option for the local licensed servicer. Unfortunately, there are long wait times to get into our tech support group. I looked up the email exchanges and ************* did ask tech support if your issue could be because of missing orifices, they said that because the unit is 17 years old that is unlikely the root cause. ************* replied with the information that tech support provided to them. Again, it is up the company that you are paying to diagnose and repair the unit. We regret that you have encountered this issue with your furnace, and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
