            I hired this company about a month ago. We have a mobile home but added a basement. We had this company come out because we had no heat down there. They said we had to have a bigger unit. They put in a new $8000 unit and installed it where the ceiling which makes no sense.They said once we get the drywall finished it would be warm down there. It isn't. The unit isn't the problem, the problem is the duct-work. We expressed our dissatisfaction and they basically said they aren't going to do anything about it.

            My wife and I have used Pallardy for our home HVAC needs for over 25 years. They are top notch. They show up on time or call if something comes up. The technicians are friendly. They fix it right the first time. We recently needed to get some additional gas supply line installed for a new gas dryer we purchased. I was so glad to see them on Spire's list of recommended contractors. They arrived early but called first so we weren't surprised. While they were here they noticed something wrong with the hot water heater venting. Fixed it as well. The price was quite reasonable.They are the type of company you want to do everything you can to spread the word so they have a health future.
