Have been over charged. on my bank statement Was charged 91.31 and has posted in my account. At the store my total I paid was 72.10 making a difference of $19.21 This is truly unmistakable the amounts and if you're in finance this mistake should not be tolerated. Numbers don't lie it's very cut drive plain and simple I'm very upset and will most likely not shop at CBD Kratom again. I will proceed to keep leaving bad reviews if this miss you issue is not resolved. Really upset Have personally contacted the business went into the store and spoke with an employee there which took down my information and composed an email to send to her boss which showed my receipt the total date and time and then also attached was a picture of my bank statement that show the amount that was truly charged to my account. She said to give them a couple business days and that I should hear something from them. I have not received an email or phone call and if it's been over a week. I just contacted corporate and left an email with them also explaining the situation. The name of the business on my bank statement is *** *** wholesale. I have spoken to my bank also because I didn't recognize that charge and they explained to me that that was the CBD Kratom store in St.Louis, MoBusiness response

Overpayment occurred through PayPal. Manager reached out and explained how error happened. The customer received an apology and a refund and is now happy. This issue has been resolved.
