I signed a contract with Volz Electric to complete work at my property 3/1/23. I first complained to **** about the excessive damages they caused to my ceiling and my walls in May 2023. They failed to follow the plan and put outlets in the wrong location, installed new recessed lighting over big holes cut much too large in the ceiling, among many other issues. I had to pay the contractor to repair everything they damaged. Since that complaint, they have been nearly impossible to work with. Every time I call for them to come do their part of the job, *****, the office manager, acts like we are a major inconvenience and they do not have time to come. I found out their electrician installed the new electric panel over a leaking foundation crack. Finally the owner, ***, came out and corrected that. Several fixtures they installed do not work. I have been contacting *************** since March 8 2024 and he will not respond about the shotty work. There are still several items on the list that have to be done in order to obtain an occupancy permit. I have attached a recent bid from a separate company showing the amount it will take to finish off the job. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with ****. At this point, I want a refund to cover the cost of hiring the work done properly.
