I am filing a complaint about Express Scripts due to repeated failures in processing my medication orders, resulting in dangerous delays. Twice this year, my prescriptions were canceled without notice, forcing me to spend hours on the phone coordinating emergency refills. Each time, I received conflicting information from support and found inaccurate status updates in the app, making it difficult to resolve issues. This poor communication and lack of reliability create serious risks to my health. This company is dangerous and should not be providing care to patients.Review from Steven P

Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you actually need your prescription go anywhere else but this miserable excuse for a mail order pharmacy. Waiting 2 MONTHS for a prescription I ordered in September. The earliest I will get it is next week and I don't even believe that. **** inept customer service actually told me that the 60 tablets they are supposedly sending me is a 90 day prescription. What am I supposed to do, take 2/3 of a tablet per day? Oh and my prescription from the doctor says I am supposed to take the medication twice a day so it should be 180 tablets not 60. I am convinced the person on the phone still doesn't understand that 60 tablets can't be a 90 day prescription. #MATH??? I could have filled at my local pharmacy in 2 days. Can't transfer the prescription because it is "in the process" of being filled and it is a controlled substance and NYS has all kinds of crazy rules. NEVER USE EXPRESS SCRIPTS. After I get this medication I am switching back to a local pharmacy. I feel really sorry for anyone that doesn't have the option of switching.Review from Donna T

My every 8 weeks injection of ******* has never been available to order in my profile. The **** say Im all set and its ordered, but the week of the time I should have received a confirmation email I dont receive. I have to call and at that point its where they have to do ***** first morning delivery. They need to have better IT people open access to iur meds in a timely fashion, or leave it open so we can order in the timeframe we ate told to.Review from Gerald R

***** forced me to use Express Scripts to cover my prescription and said if I used Express Scripts there would be no co-pay. I used Express scripts and they charged my credit card $700 without my authorization and refused to refund my money. I tried to record the call and they refused to talk to me if I recorded the call even though they were recording the call. They breached HIPPA laws and called my husband to tell him the names of my prescriptions and that they needed more information from my insurance. They didnt even try contacting me. When I called to notify them of this very illegal breach they passed me from person to person like an object just waiting on hold. Nothing ever came of it. I stopped using them completely. Zero should be the rating. Negative if allowed. They regularly refuse to fill prescriptions and always figure out how to delay things. Always asking for authorizations and reauthorizations, for any remote dosage change, or find other reasons to change policies mid year and more denials. It is exhausting dealing with their endless paperwork and grumpy rude phone agents who are completely useless and whose sole job descriptions seem to be to give you the run around so you are denied and lose time and money chasing ways to get your meds. English is definitely not a first language for anyone I've talked to. I've been without a very needed medication for 5 weeks now. Insurance approved it last year. This pharmacy stopped sending it and said the prescription was lost. This is B.S. I spoke to my *********** and they have made multiple calls without luck. Whoever trained the call center folks must have emphasized to be as rude as possible to patients. It's unreal how unhelpful they are.Review from April K

*************. They always want prior authorizations for about any med now days. They get all the info needed from doctors then still delay meds due to coming up with more info needed. They think they know more about what someone needs then a doctor. They a **** joke for a company. Take our money for us to have prescription insurance and then never want us to use it. The most incompetent and disorganized company *** ever dealt with. **************** is horrific. They act like you just woke them up and are a huge disruption to their day. This is the absolute worst worst company if you can call them that, ever! They cancelled one of my prescriptions today, 1/2 of the time they never come and Im reporting them to the **** Shut them down. They are not a legitimate professional place. Please someone shut them down. They are the sole reason why Im on medication!!!
