            2009 Jeep Wrangler X advertised on Corwin's website for $9816.00. Test drove vehicle on 9/26/2024, decided I wanted it and sat down to do purchase paperwork. I was handed a printout that stated the actual cost of the vehicle was $13859.00. I was told by the sales manager, **** ********, that the price listed was an "honest mistake" from a new employee and that he could not sell it to me for the advertised price, but he could "meet me in the middle" and let it go for $12850.00. At the time of this complaint filing, they have not corrected the listing and the advertised price of $9816.00 still appears on their website: *******************************************************************************************************************************

            Go literally anywhere else for used cars. Sold me a car with a leaky heater core and messed up suspension and exhaust, tried to tell me the suspension and exhaust happened after I drove it off the lot, they paid for those to be fixed at least, but they've done nothing about the heater core. I'm sure they're fine for new cars if you go in knowing what you want, but stay far, far away from their pushy sales team and used cars.

            The customer purchased an AS-IS MVI vehicle, which was a safety inspection only vehicle. This means the unit passes inspection but could have other non safety issues. The customer signed the AS-IS form at the time of delivery. Corwin had zero obligation to the customer for any repairs after the sale, but looking at the notes paid for repairs after the sale in an attempt to make the customer happy.We can provide the as is form the customer signed. Im sorry to hear that they had a poor experience with the 2014 Sonic they bought, but we disclosed the vehicle up front and guaranteed nothing
