    So I called and set up service with Rumble pest solutions back in July for an infestation I had. I requested several different treatments for issues I had going on in and around the home. Come to find out they didnt carry the chemical I needed for the main problem I was having. The person who came out to spray was very short, very rude and disregarding, treated me with no respect and did not know what I was speaking of and I had to look it up and show him so he would stop being so rude, treating me like I did not know what I was talking about, which led to more irritability, I was simply trying to learn what was going on because I never dealt with such a problem before which was making my family, pets, and I really sick and was not thorough at all, the places in my home that I needed treated were in fact not touched or acknowledged, triggering and leading to more infestation problems I had to spend more money and take care of the whole entire problem myself. As I was looking over my first receipt of service which was paid by me through a year contract, I noticed that the chemicals were not the ones I requested to begin with in order to take care of the problems I was having. I then put in a complaint and requested to have the services terminated. Rumble continued to call me wanting me to pursue the services with them, I talked to a couple of people they suggested I talk personally to the same person who failed to set up the chemicals I needed and I still refused the service asking to be relieved of my contract after my negative experience still leaving me with fees of a broken contract. They are still overwhelming my email with this fee to pay. I will never ask for another exterminator service to come exterminate again after this experience and will take care of any problems I have myself considering thats what I had to do while having the service. No consideration to the fact I had to spend hundreds to care for the problem after i paid them to come help me.

    *******, we treated your home one time. When you spoke with our staff, once back in August, we let you know that we could absolutely treat whatever pest issue you were having with free return treatments. You refused, and stated that you had went and purchased your own chemicals, therefore you felt you didn't owe us. You using your own products was done on your own accord, and quite frankly, negates any effectiveness of products we used which would only increase your pest issue. We do not use different products upon customer request. We have specific products that work very will with years of experience and use. Our office has tried calling you several times regarding this matter, but you have yet to return our calls. We would love to discuss this further ******** Please give our office a call at *************.
