            We bought and moved into our home on July 20th 2021. The roof had just been replaced in April of 2021 by ATA Roofing LLC. In October of 2021 the roof started leaking due to heavy rainfall. We contacted ATA Roofing LLC to repair it. They sent out someone who only spoke Spanish. He looked at the roof and fixed nothing. We have called and emailed them over and over again since then to come fix the leak and they have never responded. The other night there was heavy rainfall. I called and emailed them again and finally got a response. It stated that they were sorry and would send someone out that week. Nobody came. We have water damage to our ceiling now. It is turning brown and falling. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. We need this repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

            ATA roofing came out to do our roof in July 2024, after getting the roof done there were multiple Problems after.I had an inspector come out and inspect the roof, the inspector wrote a whole list on what needs to be done. The whole backside of the house needs to be redone from standing from the bottom on the ground. You can see how theres waves on the roof shingles picking up shingles that are not even nailed in. The Edge where the shingles start has to be caulking all around the house theres no caulking at all. With your own two eyes when wind picks up, you can see how shingles lift up. They do not work by code at all never hire these people they will ruin your roof that you will need to redo it right after them..I do not understand how a roofing company can still work on roofs in cities, not going by code at all, and even letting them touch peoples roofs.Not only the insurance paid them to reinstall the old gutters instead of installing the old gutters they damage them and now they cannot be installed on the house at all.I dont know what Else to say
