Our dog was bitten by another dog while she was in day care at No Leash Needed in ***********. ****** had been going to NLN for a few years. This particular day there was a new dog for boarding & had it in the day care area. The employees did not let us know our dog had been bitten on her back until my husband picked her ** in the afternoon. There was a puncture wound that had been bleeding. They said they put something on the wound but it was obvious the wound was still bleeding somewhat.Other than them letting us know at the end of the day, no one reached out to apologize or speak with us about the incident. We brought her to our Vet who gave her a shot for infection & one for pain. He also gave us pain medication to give her.Needless to say, ****** will not be returning to No Leash Needed for boarding or day care. I would not recommend this place for any kind of dog services!****************

    ******
We want to apologize again for our delayed communication about ******* injury on her last play day with us in early May. We have thoroughly enjoyed caring for and playing with her these past few years and its heartbreaking to know weve lost your trust. We have some new leadership in place and have used your experience to better our communication with our pet parents. We use these opportunities to learn from our mistakes and would welcome you back any time. Thank you again for your feedback.
