    We mostly assist clients who were referred to us from local mortgage companies, car dealerships, real estate agents, etc. to help them with removing any inaccurate items from their credit reports. We also provide them lots of education to help them with understanding how credit scores were so that way they are prepared in the future to make the correct credit decisions that will not negatively affect their credit scores. 

    We also provide them with many different resources to be able to start establishing new credit via Secured Credit Cards, Secured loan, etc. 

    Lastly, if they are a client who is looking to purchase a home or car and don't already have a mortgage agent or they don't know what card dealer to go to we have several affiliate partners that we can send them to who will walk them through those processes as well.

      I signed a contract with ****** in June 2023 being very specific in my credit needs. ****** was adamant he could address my concerns on my report. Come December 2023 he has made improvements on my report that have offered no credit opportunities while also not addressing my original request when contracting him. Once I requested cancellation and reimbursement via their guarantee he demanded I call ******* - his wife / office to request the cancellation. Once I had her on the phone ****** proceeded to scream at me in the background for the entirety of the 18 minute call. They in conjunction made up multiple lies and kept telling me they cant control what the reporting agencies do they can only submit the requests which is true however the guarantee they offer states otherwise. I requested a copy of my original contract as well as a cancellation request to be emailed to me. As we were not able to resolve things on the phone I advised I would be contacting the ************* and an attorney as I have now spent hundreds of dollars with the original concern not addressed. ****** keeps arguing he addressed other items so my concerns are null and void. I then received a text message stating that the company was now choosing to terminate my contract without my signed authorization and that they are not legally required to provide me with a copy of my original contract as well as any further communications needing to go thru their attorney. ****** is very unprofessional, rude and demeaning. At one point he said something to the affect of I should have just paid my bills to begin with. He may be able to repair certain reports but he was not able to meet the expectation he set with me. It is my assumption that you will spend more money paying him than the debt was worth as was my experience. I will let ******* response to this review give you a taste of his professionalism.

      Good afternoon. Let us first start by saying that we are very sorry that you were not happy with the services we provided. We try very hard for all our clients.We must say though that we contest just about every statement this client made in this review & we will address those points below:#1: This client has been our client TWICE now over the last 5 years so if she wasnt happy with the services, we provided surely, she wouldnt have hired us a second time.#2.) This client already admitted in this review that we made improvements to her credit which is what she hired us to do. She is just unhappy because she had one specific account with one specific issue that she wanted us to get removed & she wasn't willing to give us the time to keep fighting to remove it. We did explain to this client on several different occasions that we worked diligently on this client's behalf the entire time they were a client. All consumers have a right to a fair, accurate, complete, and substantiated credit reports. ShowME Credit Solutions advocates for its clients according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act & other federal and state statutes. However, due to limitations inherent in the credit reporting system, ShowME Credit Solutions, LLC cannot guarantee and does not guarantee any particular derogatory account specifically will be cleaned up. Upon enrollment into our program our team assesses every negative thing on our clients' credit reports & then our team leverages those state and federal laws to fight to get as many of those things cleaned up however, we NEVER guarantee to remove any specific negative item because at the end of the day we don't have control over the final determination of what gets deleted. That final decision is made by the credit bureaus based off the documentation that Creditor can provide to the credit bureaus to verify the accuracy of the account we are challenging.As this client already admitted in this review, we did in fact get negative things deleted from her credit reports. They just were not the one specific account she was hoping to get cleaned up so because of that she was disappointed.#2: This client also admitted in this review that she knows that we can't force the credit bureaus to delete anything from her credit however, she is mad that we didn't get the one account deleted she wanted which completely contradicts her statement that she knows that we can't force them to delete any specific negative account. We did remove very significant amounts debts from her credit amounting to more than 10x the amount this client paid us for our services so when she stated in this review that "her assumption is that you will spend more money they the debt was worth." As previously stated, the amount of debt removed from her credit was 10x what she paid us so that proves otherwise to her statement that it wasn't worth it.#3: We would never yell at any client. This client was speaking on the phone with ******* assistant ******* on the phone. Tiffanys cubicle in our office is right next to ******'s so as this client was speaking to **************************** was trying to explain what work he had been doing on this clients case so ******* could relay that to the client. Rest assured as you will see we don't have a single other negative BBB review so our company has worked VERY HARD to keep our customers happy as long as they are not just trying to flat out blackmail us and extort us for money.#4: As far as new "credit opportunities" this client mentioned that she hasn't been able to get yet after the improvements on her credit we made, well, as we explained to this client, even if we got the one specific account cleaned up that she wanted us to she still would not get approved for most credit applied for due to the many other negative things on her credit so either way there was still a lot of work to be done and with a case as complex as hers most clients in her situation have to be signed up for a year to 2 years to get completely cleaned up due to the amount of derogatory things on her credit. Final point: As far as the statement about the Wentville PD and her attorney. This client called in essentially making threats from the beginning of the call trying to blackmail us/extort us out of the entire amount she paid us for the entire 5 months she was signed up threating us with her attorney, threatening to call the police, and made many other frivolous threats even though she admitted both on our recorded phone call and on this review that we made improvements in her credit which shows that we fulfilled the terms of our agreement. So, after speaking with our council, they advised us not to engage further with this client so ONLY THEN did we inform this client that our council has directed us to not engage further and provided the client with our council's name and address so if she had any other concerns, she would like to address she could address those with our council.
