    I have a pellet stove that went out last February, he came looked , never came back until September, threw a bunch of parts in it , kept saying hes so busy cant get back for 2 weeks , its still not working, plus he took my parts to the stove with him !!! Never cleaned the chimney, do not use him , hes a rip off its now going into November and the stove still is not working and Im not getting my original parts back

    First off, we have been servicing this Pellet stove since 2013. To begin let it be known that this customer has a dog that we do not feel safe around, we have asked everytime we come there to please put the dog in the Garage so that we can do our service, which she refuses to do that, she will place the dog in a kennel that she has to zip tie, due to the fact that it will bust thru and will bite. This February we did a service call on the stove, as the customer was complaining that it wasn't feeding the pellets correctly. So we informed her that Technical support advised that we need to install a new Pot that holds the pellets, since the one that she has on there was all rusted through. We then ordered a new Pot for the stove a $500.00 part. The part came in and we went and picked it up to go install it. In the meantime, the said customer had some kind of surgery where she was out of town. We tried MULTIPLE times to reach her so that we could return, No one would return our phone calls. We cannot chase people down if they will not return our call. Then around September we reached out to her again, she informed us that she would have someone there at the home. So we traveled out there again, just to get there and there was no one there, we called the number that she provided for this person, with absolutely no answer. So that was the second time out there, just to have to travel back. We contacted her again and returned on Oct. 17th, with the new Pot for the stove, when we got there to install the new pot, she told us that she had a friend come in and put another one on, But it still wasn't working properly, with a long conversation with Technical support they advised that they thought it should be the pressure switch sticking and to replace the ********** and control box. That was all done on this last trip. We did advise her to contact another company that was closer to her to service from here on out. We wrote an invoice out and collected and left. In regards to the old parts, she called us after the fact that we had already left and wanted them back, We told her that we would be happy to return the old parts but that it would have to be at a later date since we had other appointments to service. Then today we opened the company mail just to find that this customer has stopped payment on the check that she wrote to cover for all three trips our company made and for all of the parts that we paid for. We are not a rip off company and we take pride in our work and our employees.
