I had to make the initial call to my insurance company and from there, it was all Durden. they know how to talk to insurance companies and everything i needed to get done was all Durden. i was truly amazed on how easy they made this entire process. the quality of work from tear off, replacing rotted plywood, reinforcing roof decking with ring shank nails to help prevent damage form high winds, taping of all seams and then ensuring that roof was 100% covered in Storm Gear not to mention that each valley had its own bladder to ensure no leaks. And then the clean up....UNREAL!!! i have a 1.5 year old grandson that we watch, i walked the entire house several times looking for the stray nails. i found 7 nails! It was like they were never there! From the crew leader **** to the guys on the ground, absolutely polite, respectful and professional. And then the follow up calls to ensure i was satisfied and if there were any issues. That meant a lot to me as well since they paid in full. Everyone there truly cared about me and the quality of service provided. If i was allowed to post pictures of home, i would absolutely do so. i was not asked to make a statement nor do they have any idea i 'm doing so now. trust is earned and not given out very easily with me. since my roof was done, 4 of my neighbors have had their roof replaced with Durden Roof Care. We all couldn't be more happy. with our roofs. Amazing customer service! Amazing group of people!
