This was the absolute worst service I have ever had from a contractor! The agreement going into this was that ***** would repair the walls in our entryway (meaning fix holes and dings in the drywall), then paint.

The first problem was Randy P**** of ***** didn't come when he said he would because he locked his keys in his work truck and couldn't transport the ladder. I can deal with that. When he finally came, he was supposed to repair the walls first, then paint. He just painted without repairing the walls. When I pointed this out, especially in some bad spots we wanted repaired, he just wet speckled over the fresh paint. This looked AWFUL! I let it dry overnight just to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, it looked even worse when it dried. I emailed him pictures of it and asked him if this would be acceptable to him. He also didn't remove outlet covers. He just painted around them.

He promised to come back and make it right. I told him we would repair all the walls and he just needed to come paint, even though we paid him to do all of it. He agreed. We repaired the walls and contacted him multiple times. He never came. He finally texted that he doesn't paint anymore due to digestive issues. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! I know because I had someone call him for an estimate after that text and he agreed to come to their house for an estimate. So not only does he do substandard work, he lies and doesn't fulfill his obligations. NEVER HIRE THIS PERSON!!! Let my mistakes be your saving grace! There are plenty of other good painters to choose from.
