            I’m so sorry you feel that way about your experience  .I don’t know exactly  what happened . I spoke with your stylist ( ******* *** ) which is an independent contractor (booth renter ) within my salon . She gave me her side to what happened . I tried calling you serval times to get your side of the story and to come up with a solution . I also left a voicemail . As the business owner of Clutch (***** ****** ******) I sincerely apologize to you personally that you didn’t have a great experience with your stylist . I built this brand on the customer service  and a great experience for our customers . I’m open to talk to you and come up with a solution to fix what ever the problem was . Thanks in advance.
