    The machine itself is amazing, but the business ethics portion is awful. The office 3823 Highway 80 East, Suite 200 Pearl, MS 39208, the employees are not on the same page when they are representing this company. I feel like, I was cheated out of my machine being paid off and all the money I put into it was a gimmick. Had I known this I would have never put any effort to this and pushing it on my family and friends. I have told person in the office or scheduler that I didn't have any friends, or married at that. They are either divorce or single like myself. I feel like this is discrimination against people over 60, single, renters that are in houses and apartments. They don't know if these people would buy these machines or not if you don't give them a chance. This is my story, it began when one of their employees contacted me about doing a demo at my house along with her colleague. I ended up getting the machine and was offered 2 of the programs. I chose the 12 Book and ride shows, because I wanted to get my machine for free. Now, not one time did the dealers give me any guidelines to the shows nor did they tell my family and friends about the guidelines as the shows were completed. I did 12 shows with 3 sales and now they are telling me that only 4 shows and 1 sale was accepted, They waited over 8 weeks to tell me this when they knew at the time of the completion of the shows they were unacceptable. Basically, I was wasting my time as well as my friends and family. Now they want to put the Guidelines for the shows in place to keep me from getting my money back. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS COMPANY AT THIS LOCATION!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR COMPASSIONATE ABOUT THIS COMPANY

    We would like to start off by saying that we are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our business. We have been in business for quite some time and have tons of happy customers. This is not a gimmick and our local office has paid off over a million dollars to our customers since starting this optional marketing program. With any rebate there are guidelines and qualifications. With that being said our guidelines have not changed and have been the same since you started your program. With each appointment you book, the office would reach out to you if the show didn't meet the qualifications at a glance and ensure that you wanted to confirm the appointment. Also after each appointment booked and confirmed you also receive a "confirmation text" that has quick break down of all the guidelines. It is also in the email you receive when you request any gifts and or promotional items that all appointments will be verified per the guidelines at the competition of your program. You can understand our confusion when you wrote that you were unaware of any of this. We would also like to point out that in an email you sent to us on October 8, 2021, you stated that you referred to the program packet you received when you purchased your machine when booking appointments. In that email you acknowledge you did have the program guidelines. We do hope that you continue your program with qualified bookings and have faith that if done so you will receive your full reimbursement as well as any other promotional gifts. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our local office.
