    I purchased a duvet cover along with a pillow case which was on display over 3 weeks ago at this business.I was told by the sales assistant that the other pillow case was in the back room somewhere. When she went to retrieve it, it wasnt there so she told me she would mail it once they found it, and charged me for the set. I bought this item with the understanding the other pillowcase would be sent to me or they would notify me when it was found. Now.. I have to admit, my instincts at the time were telling me I shouldnt pay for this till I had everything that was included.. but the sales person seemed genuine and I believed her. When I didnt hear back from them after a week I called ***** warehouse and was told by another saleswoman that they dont take returns or give refunds! I was a bit shocked and explained that i( or anyone else in thei right mind) would never have purchased a set with only one pillow case. She kind of agreed with me and told me she would have someone call me back. Well they havent and Im very disappointed as I feel once they had a sale they really didnt care enough to make sure they followed through on what was promised. The kicker is..I actually work part time buying ******************* for clients who are moving to the ********* area, and for the sake of a $10 pillow case this store..,which I actually really liked.. could have made a h*** of a lot more money out of me, but because of their bad business practices Ill go elsewhere to buy my clients furniture. Unfortunately for them I will NOT be recommending them in the future.
