      Ordered a Power Seat Transmission for a **** Cutlass Supreme. Upon ordering the part they notified me that the core would need to be sent in before they could ship out my part, no issue just wish they stated it somewhere before I had finished completing my order. Then informed me that due to being a first-time customer they would not be able to send it to the address I wished and that they would have to send it to the billing address on the card. I asked if there was any way around this as I was in the process of moving and that was also not mentioned before ordering the part. I mentioned I would not be able to get the part and then went through the claim process. When they shipped the part they only put a 100$ insurance on the 600$ part on their website. I got a hold of someone a month later who mentioned they would be sending out a replacement part due to this whole mishap. Continued to try and check in every few weeks and they decided to stop answering emails, phone calls, etc; the voicemail box was full. Six months go by and now I have an upset customer, wondering where the part is. I emailed every email address I have for the company and finally customer service reached out to me offering a 100$ check even though the core that was sent was 150$ if you don't have one on your order. Not including the money to ship the core and also the rebuilding cost. I have now lost money, patience, and the audacity to deal with this company.

      FALSE - This is a rebuild service and is stated as such in the listing:

      2) "Then informed me that due to being a first-time customer they would not be able to send it to the address I wished and that they would have to send it to the billing address on the card. I asked if there was any way around this as I was in the process of moving and that was also not mentioned before ordering the part."

      FALSE - ALL first time customer can only have the first order shipped to the billing address. This is noted and agreed to in terms and conditions when registering for an account.

      3) "When they shipped the part they only put a 100$ insurance on the 600$ part on their website."

      FALSE - the product purchased was $50.00, not $600 and insured for $100. Customer's order total was $67.17. The core charge on the other completed power seat transmission is $125. This customer was refunded by check in the amount of $150.00 which covered the core that *** lost, as well as the rebuild fee.

       

      It is unfortunate that *** lost the package, however it was beyond our control.
