I had surgery where this ****************** provided anesthesia services. The nurses and staff at the surgery center were great. When I got the bill I was able to set up a payment plan but not the a lower amount that I wanted. I was paying my automated scheduled payments for several months when I had another health issue and was out of work not getting any paycheck when I asked them for assistance in lowering my bill or not letting me pay a few months until I received a paycheck. They responded in an email they could not help me. I missed one scheduled payment, I received a bill/invoice that I needed to pay my monthly amount by a certain date. I went online to pay the amount before a week before that due date and on my account page it said my account was sent to collection agency. I was not notified in any way my account was sent to collections and this was done before the due date I had on my invoice. I found out they sent my account to collections only 10 days after non-payment...again without notice. This company has poor billing practices and beware if you deal with them. they also were not able to provide me any documentation after the fact of when they sent my account to collections. Knowing my financial situation they send my bill to collections only 5 days after they emailed me and said they could not help me, they did not give me a chance to pay my bill and sent me to collections within days.
